01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and sxi6 (hereinafter "sxi6", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the sxi6 website located at sxi6.net, including all pages, features, games, services, and promotions available thereon.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the sxi6 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the sxi6 platform and close your account.

sxi6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the sxi6 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any modifications.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the sxi6 Privacy Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms communicated at the point of a promotional offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and sxi6 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the sxi6 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (corporate entities may not hold player accounts).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any sxi6 employee or affiliated entity where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit you from gambling online.

2.1 Age Verification

sxi6 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to sxi6's satisfaction will be suspended, and any balances within those accounts will be withheld pending verification or returned to the source of deposit at sxi6's discretion.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the sxi6 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sxi6 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. By using the platform, you confirm that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services available on the sxi6 platform — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and any other information requested during registration.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active sxi6 account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. If sxi6 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus wagers voided. sxi6 may also permanently close all associated accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration and to keep your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. sxi6 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of inaccurate information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sxi6 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sxi6 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional login security. sxi6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the sxi6 support team immediately via the platform's live chat service.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

sxi6 may, at any time, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as a condition of continued platform use or as a condition of processing a withdrawal. KYC verification may require you to submit copies of one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. sxi6 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is complete.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the sxi6 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sxi6 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change; the current list of available methods is displayed on the sxi6 payment page at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your sxi6 wallet within 1–3 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• sxi6 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• sxi6 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the player's own name.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between sxi6 accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• sxi6 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing will not commence until all requested documentation has been received and verified.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the applicable Bonus Terms.
• sxi6 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which sxi6 accepts no liability.

4.3 Chargebacks & Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to sxi6 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sxi6 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend the associated player account, forfeit all account balances, and pursue recovery of any losses through lawful means. sxi6 cooperates with payment processors and law enforcement in the investigation of fraudulent payment activity.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

sxi6 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal gaming activity. The platform does not condone or facilitate the use of gambling services for money laundering purposes. Any account identified as being used for money laundering will be permanently closed and reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

sxi6 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer from sxi6, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms applicable to that offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on the sxi6 platform are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (for example, 20x). This means the total value of the bonus (and in some cases the deposit plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be stated in the bonus offer description at the time of acceptance.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

sxi6 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single-account offer, exploiting technical errors or misconfigured bonus settings, coordinated wagering with other accounts to meet wagering requirements at reduced risk, and using betting patterns specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements while retaining bonus value. sxi6 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified and to close the accounts involved.

5.3 Promotional Changes

sxi6 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, sxi6 will honour the terms as they existed at the time of the player's opt-in to the extent that it is reasonably practicable to do so.

5.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The sxi6 welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players making their first deposit. Players who have previously held a sxi6 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus, regardless of the reason for the prior account's closure. sxi6 uses technical measures to identify returning users and reserves the right to revoke welcome bonuses claimed by ineligible players.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sxi6 platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game on the sxi6 platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

6.1 RNG Certification

All non-live games on the sxi6 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognised international gaming testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within the game information panel. sxi6 does not alter RTP configurations below the certified published rates.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failure, disconnection, software error, or any other technical fault — that affects the outcome of a game round, sxi6 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. sxi6 is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including failures caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or local power supply.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game on the sxi6 platform operates within minimum and maximum betting limits set by the relevant game provider. These limits are displayed within the game interface before a wager is placed. sxi6 does not override the betting limits established by certified game providers.

6.4 Void Bets in Sports Betting

In the cricket sportsbook and other sports betting markets, certain events may result in bets being voided. Circumstances that may give rise to void bets include, but are not limited to: match abandonment, event postponement beyond a specified period, obvious pricing errors, and the settlement of bets at incorrect odds. Where a bet is voided, the original wager amount will be returned to the player's sxi6 wallet.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the sxi6 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You accept sole responsibility for any consequences arising from your conduct on the platform.

7.1 Prohibited Actions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sxi6 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way that is not expressly authorised by sxi6.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or misconfigured game settings for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any part of the sxi6 platform.
• Posting abusive, offensive, or threatening communications via any sxi6 support or communication channel.
• Registering or operating more than one sxi6 account.

7.2 Responsible Use

You agree to use the sxi6 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You agree not to wager amounts beyond what you can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

sxi6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusion.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, legal process, or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your sxi6 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the originating payment method after applicable verification steps are completed.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. sxi6 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in advance of their application. sxi6 will not apply dormancy fees that result in a negative account balance.

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, sxi6 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will, at sxi6's discretion, be returned to the source of deposit after deduction of any amounts owed to sxi6.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming purposes should contact the sxi6 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Once self-exclusion is active, the player's account will be suspended for the selected duration and no deposits or wagers will be permitted. sxi6 will make every reasonable effort to honour self-exclusion requests and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
